Fukubukuro, literally "lucky bags," are surprise bags filled with a variety of items, offered at a price far below their actual value.

A quintessential Japanese tradition, Fukubukuro are released at the start of the year, beginning on January 1. Many Japanese eagerly line up outside stores to make sure they don’t miss out on this exciting opportunity! At YattaJapan, you can experience this unique and fun custom with our 2024 edition Fukubukuro. For this second edition, we’re offering a single type of surprise pack, filled with Japanese pop culture and kawaii products!

YattaJapan Fukubukuro contains between 14 and 18 products. Each pack contains an exclusive limited edition Cardcaptor Sakura x Cinnamoroll blanket and at least 2 figures.

Shipping costs are included in the price, without any additional taxes in the European Union.

If you buy multiple Fukubukuro, we will do our best to vary the products you'll receive, but you may still end up with some duplicates.

Examples of licenses you can find inside: Sanrio, Hunter x Hunter, Fairy Tail, Spy x Family, Pokémon, Demon Slayer, San-X, Jujutsu Kaisen, Kirby, Cardcaptor Sakura, Studio Ghibli, Hatsune Miku... and many more! Not all Fukubukuro are the same, these are examples of licenses and not all bags will necessarily have the same licenses.

The Fukubukuro are available for pre-order for a limited time (or while supplies last). Shipping will start at the end of December and they will all be delivered by the end of January 2025.

Warning: Our Fukubukuro may contain products from previous NihonBox or SoKawaii boxes. If you are a regular customer of our boxes, it is possible that some items are duplicates of items you have already received.

The weight shown on the product sheet is for information only and does not reflect the actual weight of the pack you'll receive, as content vary from one to pack to another. The visual is not contractual: this year, in order to maximize the number of products in each package, the products will NOT be delivered in a Fukubukuro bag.
